netstat -ab

If the issue persists, try disabling all network adapters and then re-enable them.

Step 2: Check System File Checker

wlb.exe

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall Windows.

Step 4: Check for Disk Errors

  • You may be prompted to select which drivers or services to load first (usually Network and Services).

  • If you encounter issues, try disabling unnecessary devices and loading the necessary ones.

Step 6: Check for Hardware Issues

  • Open Device Manager:

devmgmt.msc

  • Look for any yellow exclamation marks indicating hardware failure or conflict.

  • Run a virus scan using an anti-malware tool to detect and remove any malware that may be causing issues.

Step 7: Boot in Safe Mode with Networking

  • Restart your computer and enter Safe Mode by pressing F8 repeatedly during boot-up.

  • Select the “Network” tab.

  • Ensure that you’re connected to a network and that there are no issues with your internet connection.

Step 8: Run System Restore

  • Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.

  • Type msconfig (or regedit if you prefer).

  • In the System Configuration window, click on “System Properties”.

  • Click on the “Restore previous system settings” button.

  • Follow the prompts to select a restore point from which to reinstall Windows.

Step 9: Reinstall Windows from an External Drive (Optional)

  • Insert an external drive into your computer.
